| Job Duties: | Responsible for administering the security contract and ensuring compliance with the regulatory and contractual requirements. You will act as the company (IPS) liaison with the client, law enforcement agencies, customers, and employees. You will also be responsible for management oversight and driving operational accountability through effective change management and leadership development processes. This Security Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and controls the operational and administrative activities of the contract on a day to day basis as well as proposing and implementing proactive measures to improve performance and expand the operation. In addition, this individual is directly accountable for the success, performance, compliance, and public perception of the program. |
