| Job Duties: | Assist the Korean Sales & Marketing Manager and the front office staff in handling Korean guests in an efficient, gracious, and professional matter. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies for the Korean market. Inputting and double check all upcoming reservation, and well as contacting guest with their special needs. Promote the establishment and its services. Identify, develop, or evaluate Korean marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets and expenditures. Develop pricing strategies, balancing establishment objectives, and customer satisfaction. Compile lists describing product or service offerings. Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings. Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers and advertisers to market products or services. Perform other duties as assigned. |
