| Job Duties: | Must plan, direct, or coordinate activities of an organization or department that serves food and beverages. To handle, and assist in directing and organizing the Food & Beverage Department function within the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits. Must have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Developing specific goals and plans to maximize sales to prioritize, organize, and a participate as a member in total hotel management, and communicates daily with F&B Management and staff, forward decisive information, make daily several tours of all F & B Outlet. U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder preferred. |
