Job Title: Assistant Vice President for Electronic Gaming Operation
Job Duties: The Assistance Vice President (AVP) of Electronic Gaming will be responsible for working directly with the SVP of Electronic Gaming to manage the day to day operations and ultimately grow property revenues and assist SVP of Electronic Gaming to oversee the management of Electronic Gaming department and implementation of the Electronic Gaming business plan. Oversee the management of EG department and implementation of the EG operation business plan. Develops and recommends budgets, marketing plans & objectives, and ensures management meets property and division performance goals. Ensures the accountability and compliance of Company and division policies and procedures, and all Gaming, local, and legal requirements. Responsible for the development and monitoring of financial budgets, marketing strategies, and operations to produce both short-term and long-term profitability. Develops cost proposals for equipment, systems, manning and procedural changes as required. Analyze electronic gaming machine financial information on a daily basis with the goal of maximizing efficiency and revenue. Ensure all standards and customer service charter is adhered to. Ensure effective labor management of the operation. Ensure adequate staff training maintained to ensure the highest level of service to guests. Manage installation of new Slot product, game content, movement and conversion. Trains, counsels and coaches staff in the performance of their duties; prepares and presents regular performance reviews. Prepares and evaluates all Labor scheduling and manpower. Establish a team atmosphere where all members are treated with dignity and respect. Performs other job related duties. Develop and lead a strong team of dedicated professionals. Prepares and conducts regular operational performance reviews. Innovates creatively regarding products and procedures to streamline the operation. Builds a culture of development within the department and inter-departmental cooperation.

Qualification Requirements: Education: High School or University graduate. Work Experience: Minimum of six (6) years experience in slot management. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English is essential (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred.
