| Job Duties: | • Assisting CEO and COO on various strategy implementation, and assessing the economic and regulatory aspects of such strategies and make recommendations. • Leveraging knowledge in areas of expertise to review operating procedures and policies for departments where necessary. • Analyzing current corporate structure and making recommendations to upper management for optimization. • Developing and implementing regulatory and compliance policies for departments while ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Designing and delivering training and re-training programs for staffs on regulatory and compliance issues. • Understanding business and legal interest of the Company, providing regulatory and compliance support. • Optimizing compliance and customer due diligence processes, particularly on a cross country platform with Asian clienteles. • Advising senior management with regulatory and compliance expertise. • Ability to liaise and lobby with various government bodies, local and abroad. • Reviewing and drafting Chinese terms and conditions for the legal and compliance department. • Providing regulatory and compliance support in Cantonese and Mandarin. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree in law • Minimum of 5 years of regulatory and related field • Strong experience with the Asian market and culture, in particular, working experience in Macau gaming and regulatory sector. • Executive-level presentation skills and experience in both Chinese and English. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities while delivering sound results/decisions. • Fluency in oral and written communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English highly preferred. • Strong project management experience. • Ability and experience working with the authorities, and excellent diplomatic skills. • Ability to author and test policies and procedures • Ability to analyze and interpret regulatory requirements prudently • Ability to coordinate and/or manage committees • Excellent teamwork/collaboration skills |
