| Job Duties: | Manage and execute daily operation of the store, plan and assign to optimize payroll budget, customize, communicate, delegate and follow up on all task as the business demands. Deliver positive financial reports through the efficient execution of initiatives, use financial reports to identify additional sales, local product opportunities and tailor merchandise selection. Analyze and communicate with the store team about products, enthusiastically model selling behavior, share technical knowledge, and provide recommendations about ways to connect with customers with the right products. Recommend the hiring of the new bookseller to VP for operation. Monitor, trains and oversee the new hire. Knowledge with all the publishers and ordering procedure with the demands of the bookstore, Place weekly/monthly order of stocks for the store. Lead the quarterly inventory and make sure the variance is on allowable level. Resolve customer complaints in accordance with the operational guidelines. Open and close the store, oversee general store operations and ensure compliance with the standard of operation and performance. Draw weekly staff schedule. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 10 years retail experience with Bachelor's Degree in Business. Must be able to work under pressure, prepare budgets and control loss prevention. Able to hire, recruit, train and manage staff. Experience in ordering, submitting quotations, and managing inventory. Proficient in MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and BookLog POS software systems. Must be a fast learner, problem solver, and a team player. |
