| Job Duties: | Create effective strategy that will inform the development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Loyalty systems and programs. Ensure data integrity and lead efforts to develop and leverage the segmentation of customers, leading to better existing customer retention and modeling the most appropriate new customer acquisition targets. Develop effective communication efforts to reach existing and new customers. Partner with creative services teams/vendors to ensure all communications reflect the company’s brand. Review and enhance all loyalty and CRM processes, measurements, information systems, etc., that are needed to enable casino marketing function to operate efficiently and effectively. Responsible for the development of a CRM, analytics, and loyalty team to drive return of investment. Responsible to provide monthly marketing insight and develop effective marketing plan. Ensure data integrity within Loyalty Marketing team. Design and implement loyalty marketing programs and campaigns to drive customer loyalty and revenue. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Work Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years experience in CRM/Loyalty Marketing, Premium Mass Marketing and Marketing Analytics. Experience working in a casino resort. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Experience in using reporting tools and deep expertise in Excel and Access, data integration skill preferred. Knowledge of SQL analytics experience, casino-related software and marketing automation program. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) (Written/Spoken). |
