Job Title: MAINTENANCE REPAIRER
Job Duties: • Inspects, diagnoses and performs repairs (within guidelines of expertise and in conjunction with local-state-federal health and safety guidelines) • Maintains; small appliances, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry • Ensures the physical structure and equipment are in safe operating condition as per regulations issued by local-state-federal health and safety authorities • Coordinates repairs within approved budgetary guidelines • Maintains preventative maintenance schedule and records for all systems and equipment

Qualification Requirements: Minimum of 2 years job. experience as maintenance repairer in a restaurant set-up. - Proficient troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Technical knowledge of H.V.A.C. and refrigeration, electrical repair, plumbing, along with some knowledge of carpentry and general maintenance. - Ability to maintain / repair varied types of restaurant and building equipment. - Experienced in refrigeration and along with related general maintenance / repair work. - Aware of basic safety issues. Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment - Trained in hands-on equipment maintenance - Strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish work goals - Has a solid understanding of the job and its duties and responsibilities - Understands technology and can grasp challenging technical issues - Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner - Requires a clean driving record; ability to pass the company's MVR background check required - Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time - Requires the ability to bend, and twist to perform normal job functions - Requires the ability to lift and maneuver items weighing 80lbs - Requires the ability to perform tasks while on a ladder - Requires the ability to be exposed to various climates from extreme heat to extreme cold - Requires the ability to operate equipment that requires continual and repetitive hand and arm motions
