| Job Duties: | Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints ensuring the provision of the highest standards of customer service; process sales, payments & MSB transactions; maintain knowledge of new products and services, current promotions and policies; assist in development and implementation of promotions; prepare daily, monthly and quarterly transaction reports; maintains client confidentiality; other duties as required by the company. | Qualification Requirements: | Associates Degree (or equivalent) plus two years work experience as a customer service representative in sales and money service business environment OR high school diploma (or equivalent) plus four years work experience as a customer service representative in sales and money service business environment. Demonstrates a highly professional attitude and personal presentation in all verbal and written communications; knowledge of MSB compliance regulations; knowledge of and ability to efficiently utilize various office equipment; MS Office proficient required; flexibility to work any shift; bilingual a plus.
