| Job Duties: | Handle and manage customer inbound calls and answers customer inquiries regarding services being offered by the company. Maintain a database of customer calls, their needs and requirements. Conduct market research and field survey for clients’ needs and services. Prepare research and survey reports for top sales management. Coordinate with accountant in collecting balances. Mail billing copies of invoices to customers. Manage, monitor and schedule customer appointments. Locate and contact potential clients to promote our manpower services and other services being offered by the company. Interview clients to determine what kinds of services they are seeking. Keeping in contact with customers before and after sale. |
