| Job Duties: | Ensures that a smooth effective operation is always maintained in the Security Division. Coordinate on the purchase requisition flow of security equipment, system and products with concerned parties. Assists in scheduling related issues from the Operations Team; Perform duties as assigned by the Management; Assist in reviewing internal security procedures and guidelines for frontline security employees Communicate with Casino Operations, Surveillance, Electronic Gaming, internal support teams and external suppliers Handle all areas of administration work for Security Projects and Administration Prepare documents and equipment as required for any change work for the team Assist preparing business documentations, including, but not limit to reports, budgets, timelines, government submission documents, forms and memorandums Work with Purchasing department for all security related purchase Arrange and maintaining stock inventory of all equipment and ensure all movements and status of inventory is documented accurately Arrange ongoing preventative maintenance to ensure the service ability of equipment and systems Maintain a positive work environment, demonstrating teamwork and cooperation within the department and other department Possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company Perform other duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor graduate, degree in Hospitality or Security management field Work Experience: Relevant working experience in security projects, security operations and administration; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Good communication and organizing capability; Good sense of responsibility and ability to work independently; Possess good knowledge and technique dealing with security projects and administration Computer Skills: Excel in Visio, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Presentation; Teamwork: Must be able to build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and work as a team; Possess relevant knowledge and working experience in security is required Familiar with the purchasing process of security equipment, systems and products is required. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua will be an advantage. |
