Job Title: Casino Administration Manager
Job Duties: Strong customer service skills with good management, interpersonal and communication skills Resolve customer complaints regarding problems such as payout errors Train new workers or evaluate their performance Explain and interpret house rules, such as game rules or betting limits Interview and hire workers Arrange for staff rotations and breaks and locating substitute employees as necessary Prepare work schedules and station arrangements and keep attendance records Provide administrative support to Gaming Operations and the Scheduling Department Liaise with internal departments for policies and procedures to follow Provide interpretation for Internal and External guests where necessary Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for team members Complete forms in accordance with company procedures Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports Maintain scheduling and event calendars Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material Review work done by others before passing to superior for authorization Ensure table games administration and documentation work are properly recorded Be responsible for the management of all gaming inventory for the support of Table Games. Maintain proper office tidiness Communicate Approved Table Games Memo to frontline employees Prepare Purchase Requisitions through company procurement system Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree Work Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in Administration and Service Support and must have experience working in a Casino Hotel Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Computer Skills: Excel in Visio, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Presentation Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua will be an advantage.
