| Job Duties: | Analyze problems of cell phone, Tablet & Laptop units before proceeding with repairs. Examine mobile phone and tablet units for repair and observe operation until initial diagnostic is made. Conduct repairs on cell phones/laptops brought in by customers to the shop. Re-install operating systems and reboot to check problem still recurs. Open, disassemble, and conduct further troubleshooting of parts with electronic hand tools and testers. Supervise installation and repair of telephones, visual display unit, and networks. Recommend suitable devices to customers after analyzing their requirements. Develop and execute sales strategies. Ensure proper functioning of data telecommunication systems by monitoring vendor services. Provide technical assistance to customers in identifying technical problems. Maintain and strengthen a large portfolio of clients. Manage daily operations and mentor colleagues on current technology and advanced applications. Coach, mentor, and motivate sales team. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have 5 years of work experience as a Sales/Technician. Should be a Certified Technician. Must know how to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all kinds of cellphones, tablets, and laptops. Must be skilled with motherboard repair of Apple & Samsung products including BGA IC chip Re-balling. Need to be familiar with all the components of a motherboard. Must have skills in providing quality customer service and ability to troubleshoot problems and issues of smartphones. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Thorough knowledge in smartphone technology. Experience in customer service both face to face and phone based. Strong computer proficiency, both software and hardware, and devices used to repair of mobile phones. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. |
