| Job Duties: | 1.Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. 2.Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives 3.Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. 4.Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate or other subjects of sale. 5.Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. 6.Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. 7.Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs. 8.Determine price schedules and discount rates. 9.Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures. 10.Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1.Require a four-year bachelor's degree, a considerable amount of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed 2.Require and need several years of work-related experience and on-the-job training. 3.Require understanding in written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. 4.Have knowledge in understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. 5.Require and have knowledge in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. 6. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. 7.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. 8.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. 9.Knowledge in determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures. 10. Knowledge in determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes. |
