| Job Duties: | Perform the tasks of responding to the queries and requests of guests. Handle the responsibilities of managing the guest relation activities of the hotel. Responds as well as solves different complaints of guests. Maximize sales by providing the guests with additional information regarding its products and services and to make sure that the guests are satisfied. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 2 years experience in front office in a supervisory capacity and preferably from a full service hotel/resort. Must be able to supervise and coordinate the activities of guest relations workers to ensure that guests on vacation or business travel have a pleasant experience, while also ensuring the establishment is run efficiently and profitably. Must be proficient in computer software applications, strong customer service, and time management skills are essential. Must be able to work flexible schedule including early morning hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. |
