| Job Duties: | *Focus on leading and developing the skills of agents/specialists with the goal of delivering consistent and excellent customer service And delivering a quality product in according with Company guidelines; *Ensure consistency on operational and service delivery; *Develop and support standard work and continuous improvement processes; *Set expectations for agents/specialists and gain commitment to act in accordance with the Company goals and objectives; *Oversee and support the performance of the team; *Supervise and coordinate the activities of ground crew in the loading, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft cargo or baggage.*Serves as subject matter expert on safety, services and procedures; *Serve as the Senior Load Planning Specialist. *Prepare monthly flight activity reports; *Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | *Associate's degree in related field; *A few months to 1 year equivalent work experience; *Specific airline certification as load planner; *Sufficient mathematical skills to perform manual weight and balance calculations *Thorough knowledge in all areas of ramp, cargo and flight operations; *Knowledgeable in FAA, ICAO, IATA, TSA, local airport and airline regulations; *Excellent written and oral communication skills; *Conflict resolution and decision-making with the ability to lead is required; *Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays; *Must have a valid CNMI driver's license; *Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification; *Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position |
