| Job Duties: | Supervise and assist in making/confirm airlines, hotel and/or car reservations' using the Amadeus Selling Platform, the GDS (Global Distributing System) the company is currently using. Deals with customer inquiries and aim to meet their expectations. Assist in overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the business. Book domestic and international reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals. Aids clients with reservations, transfers, changes and cancellations. Assists clients in finding special promo fares and tour packages. Contacts customers to advise them of travel changes or to confirm reservations. Coordinates w/ Airline companies regarding queries on airlines rules and policies. Prepare customer invoices and accept payment. Collects and follow-up payments from clients. Keeps constant communication with airline companies for the latest airline updates. Reports the daily activities to the higher management officials. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be fluent in Chinese and have at least 2 or more years of experience in airline ticketing operations. Knowledge of travel agency services. Knowledge of Amadeus Selling Platform and Asiana airlines programs for airline ticketing. Must be able to book domestic and international reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals. Has a strong knowledge in sales, marketing and customer service. Hardwoking, willing to work in flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. |
