| Job Title: | Maintenance Supervisor (First Line Supervisor Repairer) |
| Job Duties: | Responsible for schedule, sequences and assignments for work activities base on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill personnel. Monitor employees' work levels and performance. Monitor tools and parts inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions. Knowledge in repair and maintenance of CBW, laundry machine and dryer, Tosen brand from Japan (IC programming is required for washer and dryer). Facilitate and analyze information to determine needed installation, service or repair of Tosen Laundry Machine from Japan. Must have knowledge in R.O. water system adn its maintenance the needs to prepare a report for DEQ requirement. Knowledge in welding (need to have license). Compile operational or personnel records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair and maintenance statistics, or results. Investigate accidents or injuries and prepare reports of findings. Knowledge in OSHA and EPA standard is required. Knowledge in chemical reaction such as piping and metal touching parts. Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager. |
