Job Title: Chief Operating Officer
Job Duties: • The COO serves as the pivotal point in helping the CEO in setting the overall business direction and ensuring relevant business and operational strategies and policies are being properly established for the functional operations of the company. • The COO is also responsible for helping in ensuring the creation of a quality culture in accordance with the company’s vision, mission and core values on the one hand and creating lucrative revenue streams for the benefits of the shareholders. • The COO is also responsible for the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the operations • Helps in developing and implementing a business plan for the company that is aligned with company's overall strategic direction. • Helps in establishing and maintaining a culture of integrity, teamwork, and respect to ensure the long-term continued growth and profitability of the company. • Helps in directing the research, development, implementation, and evaluation of new gaming products, services, promotions, technology, processes, etc. which contribute to company's competitive position. Position Responsibilities • Advising and informing CEO, interfacing between CEO and employee and supporting CEO’s direction. • Helps overseeing design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality programs, products and services. • Recommends yearly budget for CEO approval and prudently manages company’s resources within the budget guidelines and fully compliant to current laws and regulations. • Helps effectively manage the human resources of the company in accordance with authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully compliant to current laws and regulations. • Assures the company and its vision, mission and core values, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders. General Responsibilities • Ensures consistent, high-quality service standards are maintained for the entire company. • Performs duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to the company and encourages others to do the same. • Performs other job-related duties as required.

Qualification Requirements: • Work experience: A minimum of 12 years’ experience in the Gaming Industry with no less than 6 years at managerial level. At least 10 working years’ experience gained from Asia Region Casino. Strong casino business knowledge and casino operations experience gained from Las Vegas U.S. based Casino Operators. Must be familiar with CCC (Commonwealth Casino Commission) Casino Regulations and 1 year working experience gained from Saipan Casino. • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or above in Gaming Management or related discipline. • Language: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage. • Interactions: Must be able to interact externally with all government officials, customers and other stakeholders in a professional manner and internally with subordinates and senior management effectively and in a friendly manner.
