| Job Duties: | • Develop long-term sustainable business relationships with corporate and business unit executives • Develop sales strategies and service offerings that enable new opportunities for business and revenue growth • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships; • Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the radio • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs • Liaising with designers and printers • Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials • Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. • Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them • Handle the administrative task related to the collection of related initiative • Translates documents and meeting minutes as required • Attends meetings to translate the discussions • Make an effort to inform customers how much they are appreciated. • Maintain a high customer satisfaction rate in all areas of the company. • Have effective customer monitoring technologies in place. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications. • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline is an advantage. • Previous marketing management experience is highly preferred. • Prove ability to work remotely and independently. • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ customer service and casino marketing experience. • Must be able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. • Written and verbal communications, presentation and translation skills • Excellent communicator, with experience of public speaking and good interpersonal skills • Ability to speak and write in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korea and/or Japanese) • Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews |
