| Job Duties: | Perform routine building maintenance which include carpentry, masonry, plumbing and electrical. Maintain, inspect, operate and test bush cutter and power tools. Use tools ranging from drills and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic devises. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently or the physical condition of building does not deteriorate. |

Must be able to work a variable schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends. |
