| Job Duties: | Monitors all plant room machinery and equipment by taking daily log readings and performing corrective and/or preventive maintenance. Install and replace new machinery and equipment as necessary. De-scale machinery as required. Attend to planned preventative water quality maintenance as scheduled. Maintains water quality feeding required chemicals and performs daily water testing. Modify installations as directed by superior(s)to minimize waste of material and provide access for future maintenance. Assist with painting, carpentry, grounds and landscaping of the building. Carry out other tasks as directed by the supervisor and/or Manangement. Must be on schedule for typhoons, earthquake and other natural calamities when required. |
