Job Title: Gaming Projects and Administration Coordinator
Job Duties: Coordinating tables and electronic gaming change and communicating with Casino Operations, internal support teams and external suppliers Facilitating the implement of gaming floor change according to defined timelines and available resources Handling all areas of administration work for Gaming Projects and Administration team Preparing documents and equipment as required for any change work for Table Games and Electronic Gaming Assist preparing business documentations, including, but not limit to reports, budgets, timelines, government submission documents, forms and memorandums Work with Purchasing department for all gaming related purchase, including gaming tables, electronic gaming machines and gaming equipment for Casino Operations Arranging and maintaining stock inventory of all gaming tables, slot machines and gaming equipment and ensure all movements and status of inventory is documented accurately Assisting all gaming tables’ and electronic gaming’s backend configuration in the gaming system Arranging ongoing preventative maintenance to ensure the serviceability of all tables, electronic gaming machines and gaming equipment Liaise with casino operation and external manufacturer to ensure all equipment is in good condition and minimize any downtime for the operation Maintain a positive work environment, demonstrating teamwork and cooperation within the department and other department Possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Graduation with a Bachelor’s. A degree in Hospitality or Gaming management field is an advantage Work Experience: Working experience in the gaming or administrative fields would be an advantage. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Possess good command of Microsoft applications Good organizational skills. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Chinese would be an advantage.
