| Job Duties: | Prepares annual budgets and projections applying comprehensive knowledge and professional estimation. Approves procurement and expenditure with financial analysis and perspective to achieve profitability of the company. Responsible for the financial information, including the preparation of financial statements, forecasts and operation result reports along with detailed analysis of financial data and the performance of company. Ensures to comply with regulatory agencies for reporting requirements and tax filings. Performs periodic reviews of organization policies and procedures. Oversees the finance department for efficiency of the operation and accuracy of the financial data production by providing leadership and supervision. |
