Job Title: Senior Vice President-Projects, Facility Management & Operations
Job Duties: •Facilitating the overall project management including managing and reviewing every single stage of the project(s) to ensure that it can be delivered according to the planned schedule•Facilitating the overall project management to review and vetting the external consultants’ output to ensure the project can be delivered according to the clients’ expectation•Responsible for feasibility study for all new assigned projects•Responsible for overseeing the design, planning and operations concerns of the projects•Oversee architectural, interior design and engineering from inception to completion stages•Taking the lead for all interfacing works with external consultants & construction companies•Master of construction planning and sequence of works•Define and execute the SOP from project management aspect•Taking the lead for all major alteration & addition works•Define and execute the SOP from facility management aspect•Taking the lead for all preventive, regular, and emergency maintenance works •Follow up CEO’s instruction for any projects / corporate relative issues•Assist CEO to set up and maintain corporate standard from management and casino operation aspects•Overall management and coordination with all internal and external parties•Overall management for the Casino operation•Provide professional support and technical advice to the teams for any potential and/or assigned projects •Adheres to all Company policies and procedures•Ensures health, safety, hygiene and other relevant legislative obligations are fulfilled, ensuring the safety and well-being of the hotel, guests and colleagues

Qualification Requirements: •Master’s Degree in Engineering related discipline•Higher educational qualification is an advantage•At least 20 years’ experience in construction sector, preferred from developer and/or lead consultants side with at least 8 years in departmental-in-charge level•Must have related working experience in Casino Hotel/Resort•Professional Qualification requested such as Registered Architect, Chartered Builder, Chartered Engineer, Chartered Environmentalist, Chartered Surveyor•Good interpersonal and Communication skills•Pre-opening experience is an advantage•Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results•Experience in corporate planning, strategic development and management analytical reports•Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets•Proficiency in office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other related soft ware•Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines•Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the Company•Fluent in English•Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage
