Job Title: Director - Finance
Job Duties: • Implement and maintain a system of internal controls to ensure that company assets are adequately safeguarded and recorded, and all financial reports are prepared in compliance with all financial policies, local regulations and US GAAP. • Responsible for reviewing monthly/quarterly account reconciliations and other documents to ensure meeting compliance requirements. • Oversees the general accounting function, which includes general ledger, casino accounting, inter-company accounting, cash reconciliation, financial reporting, and balance sheet management. • Maintain strong financial controls and drive continual process improvement. • Understand executive management's information needs and design deliverables and processes to fulfill the needs. • Responsible for proper timing and application of revenue recognition rules. • Supervise completion of Federal and State tax reporting requirements (including income and local taxes), insurance reports and other reports required by government regulation. • Assist Tax and Treasury departments to deal with tax related issues and meet reporting requirements. • Provide coaching, training, development and supervision of Finance/Accounting staff to ensure efficient Financial Operations • Involve in validating/designing suggested changes to ensure accounting requirements continue to be met. • Support executive meetings by evaluating materials provided by participants, and highlighting key questions/areas of interest. • Provide friendly, efficient and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers. • Coordinate with external audit firm and participate in the annual audit plan of the operation. • Coordinate, direct, plan and execute the financial reporting component of the external audit. • Present various accounting reports to the top management and making suitable observations and recommendations • Manage operational data and maintaining data accuracy and integrity. • Lead company’s monthly and yearly closing. • Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. • Excellent project managerial and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects required. • Complete the Operational Report on a daily timely basis. Continue to improve methodology and analytical method to improve the reporting system to ensure that the report has been used effectively by all concerned. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance • Hold CPA, CFA or other professional accreditation in accounting or financial analysis • 8 years or above of experience in finance or accounting, minimum of 5 years from a well-established Casino / five (5) Star hotel/ Well-known property • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of managerial experience in Finance/Accounting area • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Demonstrated capacity to improve work flow and well-versed with all work processes within finance • Good command of both English & Chinese languages to deal with, communicate and manage employees of different level of positions in the Company is highly preferred • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism • Ability to stay knowledgeable about, research and reach well-reasoned conclusions on technical accounting issues • Internal controls experience • Ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Proficiency in office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and accounting softwares • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines • Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the Company
