| Job Duties: | RN will provide, coordinate patient care, educate patient and the public about various health conditions, provide advice and emotional support to patient, caregiver and family members. Monitor, record and report symptoms and/or changes in patients' condition. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic test to identify and assess patient's condition. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Direct or supervise less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and/or evaluate patient care plans. Instruct individuals, families, or other groups on topic such as health education, disease prevention and develop health improvement programs. |
