Job Duties: | Negotiates or renegotiates, and administers contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives. Locates and arranges for purchase of goods and services necessary for efficient operation of organization. Formulates policies and procedures for bid proposals and procurement of goods and services. Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices. Prepares purchase orders or bid proposals and reviews requisitions for goods and services. Directs and coordinates workers' activities involving bid proposals and procurement of goods and services. Evaluates and monitors contract performance to determine need for changes and to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Arbitrates claims and resolves complaints generated during performance of contract. Maintains and reviews computerized or manual records of items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance, and inventories. |

Qualification Requirements: | Associate Degree or College degree with at least 1 to 2 years of work experience in procurement operation. Excellent skill in purchasing negotiation and knowledgeable in shipping & delivery documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Application especially in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Has background and able to use and understand Application System Protocol (SAP). Capable of multi tasking and perform administrative jobs. With excellent communication skill, self-motivated and can handle work with a very minimum, to no supervision. Willing to work on extended hours, evening, during weekends or holidays if needed. Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license. |
