Job Title: Tour Guide Agent
Job Duties: Plan tour itineraries and arranges accommodations and travel services for customers, converses with customers to determine destination,mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations and accommodation requirements. Resolve any problems with itineraries, service or accommodations. Sell travel packages, Lead individuals or groups to tour site locations and describe points of interest. Verify amounts and quality of equipment prior to expeditions or tours. Pay bills and record check issued. Attend to special needs of tour participants. Give advice on sightseeing and shopping. Provides customers with brochures and publications containing travel information, local custom point of interest and foreign regulations. Plans, describes, arranges optional packages and specializes in group or individual tours. Evaluate services received on the tour and report findings to tour organizers. Perform other required duties.
