| Job Title: | Facility Technician III - Projects & Facility Management |
| Job Duties: | • Oversee / manage daily operation and preventive maintenance of all maintenance, refurbishment, improvement works for both builders and E&M works • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain Staff Housing • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and monitor maintenance of existing buildings/premises and provide recommendation for improvement • Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all builders works / E&M / A&A works facilities are maintained • Follow up department head’s instruction for any projects / maintenance relative issues. • Provide professional support and technical advice to the team for any potential and/or assigned projects. • Execution of the preventative maintenance programs. • Perform all other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 1 year related working experience in FM firm or Engineering Department at Hotel or Casino or Building Complex • Knowledge in plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, and/or other general repair skills • Able to work independently and detail oriented • Responsible and self-motivated • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need |
