Job Title: General Manager
Job Duties: Required to operate the Club according to the requirements of the Chief Executive Officer and Company Proprietors. To produce maximum revenue levels while operating the premises at judicial but minimum cost. Ensure that the operation follows all due diligence operates within required CNMI and Federal legislation. Is assigned the overall responsibility, authority and accountability for the operation of the Club. This is not limited to but inclusive of all Company Policies, CNMI and Federal Legislation pertaining to corporate affairs, employee relations, alcohol and food services, occupational health and practices of the club. Is assigned the responsibility and authority for the operation of the business including staffing, the approval of check credit facilities, the engagement and termination of all Club personnel and all policies and practices of the Club. It is commensurate upon the Casino General Manager to adhere to and maintain the policy of confidentiality within the Casino operations. Is responsible in achieving all Key Performance Indicators. (A) Work within an agreed time-frame. (B) Achieve all agreed business including but not limited to business indicators such as Gross Gaming Revenue and EBITDA (C) Maintain the business gaming integrity and gaming customer service at international level benchmark against Australia, Singapore or Macau standards. Responsibilities: (A) Business and Operational Management: Develop overarching club and develop budgets, develop club and departmental capital expenditure budget, prepare and submit business analyses in the form of (Daily Flash Reports and Weekly summaries), Monthly Financials including detailed breakdowns on components performances and areas for improvements including but not limited to (Playing Trends, Gaming Types, Player Mix, gaming mix and limits and machine effectiveness), Develop and maintain Anti-Money Laundering protocols that are consistent with the requirements of the Saipan Gaming Commission. (B) Marketing Promotions: Execute the Marketing and Promotion Plan as agreed by the CEO, submit requests compliant to guidelines from Saipan Regulatory Authority applicable to promotions, manage and monitor ongoing promotions, work with related department (F&B, Surveillance and Security) to coordinate events and promotions. (C) Gaming Floor Equipment and Equipment Management: Coordinate with department to: Identify department equipment needs, complete purchase orders to procure equipment, monitor equipment specifications and usage, maintain inventory and stock as per Regulatory Authority requirements, manage the developed maintenance and cleaning schedule (daily, weekly and monthly), monitor upkeep and integrity of the gaming and back of the House areas. (D) Staff Management: Maintain optimum staff utilization and efficiency, recruit and induct staff in line with the company policies, structure succession planning, brief managers on workplace issues and information, identify workplace training requirements and staff development. Essential Duties Requirements: Report to CEO on all aspects concerning Club Operations, including Financial Reporting. Ensure all accounting and internal control policies and procedures are adhered to by all staff. Promote policy formation and planning. Direct Department Heads with regards to Club policies and procedures. Ensure Occupational Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to. Review, analyses and summarize all relevant statistical data. Monitor and take necessary actions to ensure operational efficiency. Manage and direct all administrative and operational staff. Participate in public relation functions and events. Practice and promote safe work habits following Club policies and procedures and take a consultative role in assisting and maintaining a health and safe working environment. Be fully conversant with departmental fire and evacuation procedures. Adhere to all regulations in relation to Anti-Money Laundering filing reports as required. Ensure that integrity and confidentiality is foremost at all times. Any other duties relevant to Club operation.

Qualification Requirements: College graduate in Business Management. Ten years previous casino management experience plus at least 5 years as a Casino Manager. Able to communicate clearly in and possess a good command of verbal and written English. Must demonstrate the ability to control the activities of subordinates. Must be computer literate and able to complete all documentation accurately in accordance with the standards. Must be neat and professionally presentable. Organizational, coordination, time management, staff management, mentoring and motivation skills is a plus. Must have knowledge in financial management, forecasting and budgeting skills, strategic planning skills, marketing brand reinforcement skills, networking and stakeholder communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
