Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Job Duties: To manage the administrative functions of the F&B department, the operation of the drink and food preparation/service areas of the Club. Manage all Kitchen Staffs, Wait Staffs and Bartenders. Formulate and manage the budget of the F&B Department, control audit of all stock orders, to plan and organized promotions within the department. Achieve Budgeted Financial returns. Maintain the Club according to government licensing requirements and maintain a clean and presentable high standard appearance. Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving. Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. Account for all cash for submission to Finance for deposits. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service or accommodations. Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. Coordinate assignments of Bartenders and Wait Staffs to ensure that high standard services are provided to guests and patrons. Training of all staffs under direct supervision. Work costs and sales prices for all Restaurant/Bar items for sale. Approve and audit all stock orders for the Bar and Restaurant. Control and audit all financial areas of the Food and Beverage Department. Ensure all staff adhere to required government regulations in regards to the operation of a Bar and Restaurant. Present menus to patrons and make recommendations to the General Manager. Adhere to all regulations in relation to Anti-Money Laundering filing reports as required. Maintain impeccable dress and grooming standards at all times. Maintain and control all rostered for staffs working in F&B. Secondary Requirements: Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Friendly, hospitable, service oriented personality. Perform other duties as required.

Qualification Requirements: High School graduate plus a minimum of a few months to 1 year experience as a Manager in an organization controlling the operation of Kitchens, Bars and Restaurants. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, which includes customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Conclusions or approaches problems. Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work. Preferred an applicant with background experience in a Casino setting environment.
