Job Title: | SERVICE BARTENDER |
Job Duties: | Mix and serve drinks and food to customers, collect money for drinks and food served, check customers’ identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age & be capable of maintaining order and responsible for compliance to laws and regulations by interacting with customers to limit problems and liability related to drinking alcohol, wash glasses , utensils, & bar equipment, mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms to ensure sanitary condition, performing alcohol inventories at the end of each night. |

Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate or GED required, 1 year experience as service bartender, including experience in a large volume bar/restaurant, must be able to lift 20 pounds and stand for up to an 8-hour shift, good customer service skills is required, must be willing to work a flexible evening schedule starting at 6-8 pm until 1-2 am, up to 6 days a week, including holidays, food handlers certificate required, knowledge of Chinese, Korean & Japanese language is a plus [tourists]. |
