| Job Title: | Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor |
| Job Duties: | *Provide guidance and supervision to Aircraft Maintenance Technicians; *Performs various repairs on aircraft airframe and power plants and other required services to ensure airworthiness; *Maintains all aircraft ground support equipment, tools and testers in good working condition; *Does troubleshooting to determine feasibility of repair or replacement of parts to effect an airworthy fix; *Ensures strict compliance to all FAA Air directives, service bulletins and maintenance alerts; *Reports to Technical Operations Manager on any issues and concerns; *Recommends appropriate action depending on maintenance findings; *Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the job or for skill development; *Coordinates with Technical Operations Manager for all maintenance required works on aircraft routine and non-routine services; *Communicates with the airline station maintenance representative in all aspects of flight reported discrepancies and rectifications; *Coordinates with the Load Planning Specialist for fuel load distribution and final load; *Communicates with flight operations personnel for heads-up maintenance messages from inbound flights; |

| Qualification Requirements: | *Graduate of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and/or Aeronautical Engineering; *Preferably with 2 years’ experience on Airframe and Power Plant maintenance; *Have work experience on narrow and wide body aircraft; *Has at least 2 years leadership experience in similar field of work; *Computer literate with CD ROM components; *Skilled in performing minor borroscope inspection; *Skilled in performing magnaflux and dye penetrant inspection; *Cognizant of various aircraft test equipment; *Willing to undergo drug and alcohol tests; *Willing to work within a team environment; *Willing to adapt to changes necessary for the effective functioning of the organization’s objectives; *Hold current US FAA A&P license or an equivalent foreign license |
