Job Title: | Electronic Technician Supervisor (Sports, Entertainment & Activities Department) |
Job Duties: | The Electronic Technician Supervisor is responsible for the inventory, maintenance, repair and ordering of all audio/video (A/V) equipment for the resort. Additionally, the Electronic Technician Supervisor works closely with the SEA and F/B departments to support all A/V requests and assistance. The Electronic Technician Supervisor is also responsible for the training of PIC staff in the operation of all A/V equipment. |

Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in the electrical/electronic fields and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas is required. A thorough knowledge of electrical / electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes is required. Skill-level requirements vary from troubleshooting to board- or component-level repair. Willing to work any shift and overtime as required. Applicants must be versed in all aspects of the “Clubmate” position. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are essential. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and time constraints. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours, nights, weekends and holidays. |
