| Job Title: | Landscaping Supervisor |
| Job Duties: | Provides assistance to the Engineering Manager in handling and supervising operations and maintenance activities of the entire hotel’s landscaping and grounds facilities. Performs and supervises staff in carrying out periodic maintenance and beautification of the Hotel’s landscaping and grounds facilities. Works with staff in preparation and grading terrain, utilizing fertilizers properly, seeding and sodding lawns, and transplanting shrubs and plants using manual and/or power-operated landscaping equipment. Implants new and repairs established lawns using seed mixtures and fertilizers recommended for particular soil types and locations. Locates and plants shrubs, trees and flowers recommended for particular landscape effects. Performs digging of trenches and installation of drain tiles. Assists the Engineering Manager in executing projects involving repairs of concrete and asphalt walkways or driveways. Monitors and confers promptly with Engineering Manager the activities of workers engaged within the Landscaping department as well as technical difficulties and potential operational non-compliance issues encountered. Performs other related duties as required by Powerhouse Manager or the Director of Engineering. Maintains and ensures proper maintenance of all special equipment, including, but not limited to Wood chipper, Golf carts, lawn mower, Beach cleaning equipment. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in a similar role working at a hotel, plus two (2) years of supervisory experience in a similar role. A High School diploma or higher is required. Must be able to utilize or operate landscaping tools and equipment. Previous experience in executing landscaping-related project is required. Must be able to work in a flexible schedule which includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. |
