Job Duties: | The S.E.A Scheduler is responsible for creating the weekly work schedule for all staff in the S.E.A. Department under the supervision of the S.E.A. Director. This job requires working knowledge of Microsoft Word and proficiency with Microsofl Excel. The S.E.A. scheduler must be able to work independently in a wide variety of work environments while under constant deadline. The S.E.A. scheduler must also be versed in all aspects of the S.E.A. Clubmate position as they may be asked to cover shifts from time to time. Opens, closes and secures the office (when schedule dictates). Schedules S.E.A. staff members to various yet unbiased work shifts using Microsoft Excel. Ensures everyone on the S.E.A. team is scheduled a wide variety of shifts throughout the day/week. Adheres to established scheduling guidelines as determined by the department. Works closely with the S.E.A. Director to ensure all regular and special shifts are covered for the schedule period (schedule period runs from Saturday to Friday). Answers telephone, screens calls, take messages, and provides information. Greets visitors and guests in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner. Prints, copies, sorts, assembles and distributes the completed S.E.A. schedule to all department personnel and department outlets. Files weekly copies of the schedule for record keeping. Displays a consistently positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous and professional attitude. The job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the position, including meeting the minimum qualifications for the position of a CLUBMATE. Performs other related duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must be a certified American Red Cross lifeguard with a minimum of three (3) years of experience. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and be proficient with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines are necessary qualifications for the S.E.A Scheduler. Applicants must be versed in the operations and rotations of the S.E.A department. Position will be asked to work various shifts in the hotels’ waterpark, so sports-minded individuals are encouraged to apply; Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Korean, Japanese and/or Russian language skills preferred. |
