Job Title: | Maintenance Technician |
Job Duties: | 1. Perform the installation and repairs of fire and emergency alarms and other appliances that are used to call out for help in case of emergency. 2. Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical and consistent manner. 3. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned. 4. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency and notify appropriate personnel to follow safety protocol. 5. Complete, make ready process of vacant apartments as directed by the manager 6. Carry a cell phone as required for an on-call maintenance. 7.Inspect equipments such as refrigerators and air conditioners from time to time for proper cleaning, speed, temperature and adequate and adequate lubrication. 8. Maintain, repair or assemble or install such as electrical wiring, plumbing, machinery or equipment in the office, warehouse and apartment rentals. 9. Perform routine inspection of the machine or equipment in order to do the preventive measures in maintaining an equipment. 10. Inspect, operate or test machinery or equipment to diagnose the machine malfunction. 11. Troubleshooting of both mechanical and electrical controls. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have comprehensive knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in installing, repairing such equipment. Must have the ability to exercise independent judgement in determining operating conditions. Must have the ability to plan, lay out, and inspect the work of the subordinates and maintain effective working relationship with co employees. College or high school graduate with 2 years vocational training. Must have previous work related skills, knowledge or experience with 2 to 4 years is required. Required to submit any documentation as proof of the specialized training and experience and must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties efficiently. |
