Job Duties: | Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of building does not deteriorate, able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting equipment (up to 100 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking, performs rough and finish carpentry work and construction work, including building and paneling walls and partitions, designing and installing counter tops, constructing cabinets and bookcase, as well as repairing furniture, installing suspend ceilings, hanging and finishing drywall, repairing door frames and hanging doors, must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in the construction trade, performs interior and exterior painting, includes repairing and preparing walls for painting and applying various types of paint, may require use of ladders, applies caulking as necessary, install and repairs vinyl and other walls covering, install and does continuous maintenance report of any findings to the electrical engineer, maintains the clinics generator and ensures fuel supply is sufficient in case of power outages, performs plumbing repairs such as repairing leaks and unplugging drains and fixtures, replacing valves, and installing fixtures such as sinks, urinals, toilets, and performing other plumbing jobs, assist in the installation of the RO and hemodialysis machines, must be able to handle hazardous materials safely and tolerate exposure to hazards, dispose of bio-hazard materials in accordance with Federal and Local laws, performs all other functions and similar duties as assigned. |
