Job Title: Customer Relation Representatvie
Job Duties: Reservations and sales agent:, issues tickets, and compiles reports of transactions: Obtains confirmation of dive tour and rate information. Issues and validates submarine tickets from stock or tour agents and bus confirmation from carriers. Prepares passenger bookings, vouchers, and bus transportation to and from guest destination. Prepares final daily reservations summary report. Keeps current directory of hotels, motels, and timetables, and answers inquiries concerning submarine tour accommodations. Reviews routine invoices of transportation charges, and types and submits reports to company and to transportation agencies. Prepares and types claim forms for refunds and adjustments and reports of transactions processed. Converses with travel agents to determine customer reservations required. Provides travel agents customer with brochures and publications containing optional information, Books reservations, using computer terminal or telephone. Prints or requests transportation carrier tickets, using computer printer system or system link to travel carrier. Plans, describes, arranges, and sells itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers, utilizing knowledge of available travel services and promotional techniques. Visits Agencies to evaluate work performance, ascertain customer problems, and detect market trends. Compiles sales figures and reports problems to management. Confers with management and sales personnel to formulate plans for meeting competition and improving sales. Adjusts customers' complaints.

Qualification Requirements: Must have computer knowledge. Able to use Microsoft words, excel. Degree in tourism or business is an advantage and 2 year Experience in tourism or customer relations. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. Ability to understand and take reservations from different nationalities. Chinese/Japanese/Korean speaking preferred.
