Job Title: Submarine Hyperbaric Electrical Technician
Job Duties: Installs and repairs electrical and electronic equipment used aboard pressure vessels for human occupancy. Experienced in design, operate and maintain ASME/ PVHO vessels Relate to systems designed utilizing greater than normal pressures. Maintains wiring, fixtures, and equipment for all electrical services aboard ship/vessel following blueprints and wiring diagrams: supply circuits to radio, radar, sonar and other electronic equipment. Tests electrical characteristics, such as voltage, resistance, and phase angle, in circuits, using voltmeters and other test equipment.
Qualification Requirements: At least four (4) years experience required. Pacific Subsea Saipan Inc. operates 4 passenger vessels including one tourist submersible engaged in tourism. All vessels are operated according to federal regulations (CFR) for passenger vessels. In order to qualify for the positions all applicants will be required to submit to pre-employment drug testing and enter into a ongoing drug testing program, pre-employment background checking, additionally applicants possesses CPR and basic first aid certification complying with DOT/USCG as required per 46CFR are preferred. Bachelor in Science and completed manufacturers training program for this particular class of submersible. Experienced in design, operate, and maintain ASME/PVHO vessels. Relate to systems designed utilizing greater than normal pressure.

Three-fourths Guarantee 655.18(b}{17}:

"The employer may voluntarily offer the three-fourths guarantee but it is not required as a condition of placing a job order to be filed in connection with an H-2B application pursuant to 20 CFR 655.5. Three-fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.)."
