| Job Title: | Business Development Manager (Japan and Korea Market) |
| Job Duties: | Plan, direct, manage and market the company's endeavors in multiple business engagement. Find, build and develop new key customer relationship, identify new business opportunities, negotiates and closes deals.Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities, policies to promote the services and products of the company.Research and prepare plans to present to prospective investors in the CNMI. Solicit listings of real estate properties or offer existing listing to prospective Japanese or Korean investors, who are interested in properties for investment or vacation homes. Meet with clients referred by the parent company from Japan. Prepare or create campaign ads about the company released through social media, website or magazines. Represent the company in business and financial meetings. Must maintain relationship with existing clients and build new client base. Must be knowledgeable about CNMI laws to be able to discuss it with prospective clients. Manage, budget and control funds allocated for marketing, research and advertising of the company and it's products. Perform cold calls to various business organizations in Japan & Korea regarding real estate development and tour and travel in the CNMI. |

| Qualification Requirements: | BS in Business Administration or Business Management. At least 4 years experience in the field of Marketing, Advertising, Tourism or Real Estate Management.Must be able to travel to Japan or South Korea to meet with prospective clients. Must be able to prepare a plan within a specified date, execute and close the deal. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power point.
