Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Duties: Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos. May use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type. Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design. Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts. Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Web sites. Use computer software to generate new images. Layout design, picture selection, sizing and sending of all advertisements for newspapers, magazine, maps and tourist publications. Design edits and resizing on already completed works. Completing print and online media layouts. Flyer, banner, table-tents poster and all other marketing collateral design layout, edits and finalizing for print. Developing design concepts and special brand feature. Logo and Brand development. Assist with vendor relations and printing needs. Assist with all design jobs and requests for all Triple J affiliates.
Qualification Requirements: Must be careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. It requires creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work-related problems. It requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations. It requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. It requires establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks. Must have at least 2 years of work experience. Must be able to work in the U.S.
