Job Title: Advertising Manager
Job Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate advertising policies and programs or produce collateral materials, such as posters, contests, coupons, or give-aways, to create extra interest in the purchase of a product or service for a department, an entire organization, or on an account basic. Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies. Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns. Reports directly to the company President. Effectively negotiate advertising contracts with different media groups, ad agencies, sign-makers, makers of ad promo gift items, local talents needed for specific advertising projects. Manage and direct workers who are engaged in developing and producing ads. Produce, direct and approve layouts and advertising copies and edits radio and television scripts adhering to specifications and policies set by the company. Prepares monthly advertising billings to division and department managers. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements: Must have Associate Degree or higher. Must have 2 years of management experience in advertising. Must have 1-2 years experience in planning, executing, and managing advertising programs, sales promotions and activities. Able to develop and produce effective advertisements thru different media. Strong skills in computer graphic arts and Digital Single Lens Reflex photography. Proficient in writing and communication skills. Must be able to work flexible hours. Must be able to work in the U.S.
