| Job Duties: | To maintain grounds and turf of golf course in playing condition: Operate powered equipment such as mowers,tractors,carts, chainsaws, electric clippers and other equipment. Mow and edge lawns,using power mowers and edgers. Care for established lawns by aerating, weeding, trimming and edging around flowerbeds,walks and walls. Use hand tools such as shovels,rakes pruning saws,saws hedge,brush trimmers and axes. Prune and trim tress, shrubs,and hedges using shears,prunes or chainsaws. Gather and remove litters. Maintain and repair tools, equipment and structures such as building greenhouses,fences, and benches using hand n power tools, mix and spray fertilizers herbicides, fungicides of or insecticides onto the grass,shrubs, and trees using hand sprayers or spreaders. Provide proper upkeep of sidewalkes,driveways parking lots, planters and other ground features. |
