| Job Duties: | - Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure the heavy equipment and electric appliances which includes but not limited to excavator, caterpillar carrier, bush cutter, blower, trimmer, chainsaw, water pressure machine, water/sewer pump, mulcher, vehicle continue to run smoothly. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work anr other duties such as cleaning and maintenance of property grounds and surroundings |
