| Job Duties: | Conduct preventive maintenance as well as repair plumbing fixtures which includes but not limited to residential units/common area water/drain/sewer line pipes, sink, toilet, bathtub, water heater, shower mixing valve, sewer/water pumps, swimming pool vacuum cleaner, chlorinator, washing machine, dryer, LPG range, by measuring, cutting, threading, or bending pipe to required angle, using hand tools. Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, or fixtures in structures, using measuring instruments such as rulers or levels. Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks. Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fitting, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing, or welding equipment. lnstall pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks or toilets, other duties such as cleaning and maintenance of property grounds and surroundings |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have at least 12 years working experience as a Plumber. OSHA hazardous material / risk management training certified.
