| Job Duties: | Plan, arrange and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives to companies, individuals and prospective visitors/clients in China. Accompany and guide incoming tourists. Prepare presentations to prospective tourists or their travel representatives/agents. Maintain records of each client. Explain CNMI laws and regulations to clients. Accompany clients to restaurants, shopping centers airlines if required. Book, cancel and re-book flights if required. Resolve problems or complaints of customers in China or in the CNMI. Make cold calls to prospective companies & persuade them to make Saipan their next travel vacation destination. Perform related duties. |
