Job Duties: | Ensures the efficient operation and profitability of the restaurant while providing team leadership in all aspects of meal preparation and customer service for the restaurant. This role will supervise all operational functions and staff within the restaurant as well as support the bartenders in the serving of alcoholic beverages. He/she will supervise managerial, career and limited staff and must maintain appropriate control of the department budget. Other duties include: ensuring friendly customer service, providing quality food and good presentation, maintain a positive image and good customer relations at all levels, maintain positive relations with team members, coordinate production, scheduling, training, communications and general operations. Must independently prioritize tasks and duties in order to achieve the departmental strategic goals and profitability. Must be able to interact with team members and guests in a high-volume dining environment. And execution of other functions and responsibilities as assigned by management. |

Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of two years relevant working experience and with at least two years experience in supervisory level. Must have working knowledge of food and safety rules and procedures as they pertain to working conditions and health and safety standards as they relate to a food production area. Demonstrated skill in supervising staff including delegating work to accomplish department goals and objectives efficiently and effectively while motivating individuals to work together as a team. Skill in budget preparation, analysis and controlling costs. Good written and oral communication in both English and Chinese language preferred. |
