Job Duties: | Responsible for checking the freshness of food, coordinating the activities of cooks, determining the best presentation of food, ensuring quality of each meal, inspecting kitchen equipment for cleanliness, and monitoring sanitation policies. Also responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a kitchen and will also work outside of the kitchen in developing new recipes, planning menus, hiring or training food preparation workers, maintaining an inventory of food supplies, following a food budget, doing purchase orders, coordinating with the restaurant Manager, and completing other administrative tasks. |

Qualification Requirements: | Proven working experience as an Executive Chef. Excellent record of kitchen management. Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently. Capable of delegating multiple tasks. Communication and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environment. Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.BS degree in culinary science or related certificate. Good verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese language preferred. |
